Within Metro Manila

We are offfering FREE delivery for all orders over P3,499 within Metro Manila. Just choose the "Local Delivery" that says FREE. Please note that this delivery option is limited to Metro Manila, San Pedro, Bacoor, Cainta, Taytay, Antipolo, San Mateo, Calamba Laguna & San Jose Del Monte City. 

Local Delivery 

Is a fixed shipping fee anywhere in within Metro Manila, San Pedro, Bacoor, Cainta, Taytay, Antipolo, San Mateo, Calamba Laguna & San Jose Del Monte City. 

Delivery lead time

2 - 4 days depending on the time of payment confirmation and courier service availability.

Pick up (or Direct Pick up)

You can directly pick up your Pamama from our warehouse by choosing Pick up instead of Ship under the Contact Information portion of our Check Out page. You can also book a courier service to pick up your order from us.

Payment

Payment method available for this option is either Bank Transfer or Cash on Pick up. For Bank Transfer: Please wait for payment confirmation before scheduling a Pick up from our warehouse.

Preferred delivery service

Our preferred delivery service is Lalamove and is limited to 20Kg per delivery booking. This is not limited, however, and customer may choose which courier service they want.

Pick up Lead time

Please inform us at least two (2) hours before heading to our warehouse so we can prepare your order. Please schedule this within our office hours which is Mondays-Fridays from 8:00am to 5:00pm to avoid inconveniences.

Luzon/Palawan/Visayas/Mindanao

The shipping rate in Palawan is the same as for Visayas and Mindanao based on courier service estimates that is why it is included under the Shipping Rate named: Palawan/Visayas/Mindanao.

The shipping rates for orders over 13.5Kg are all discounted as part of our efforts to extend the Local Delivery (FREE) which is exclusive to orders within Metro Manila.

COD (This is not available at the moment, although the shipping leadtime remains the same for regular shipping)

We are offering COD payment options within and outside Metro Manila. Pamama Toy Furniture will facilitate the delivery booking at least a day after an order has been made but we will require the customer to pay for the shipping before we ship the order. This has only been recently implemented to ensure a smooth transaction. Payment options for the shipping fee can be made using the following details:

COD may sometimes be unavailable in some areas so it may be converted to COP (Cash on Pick up) wherein the customer can pick up their order from the nearest LBC branch.

Metro Manila       1 - 2 days

Luzon                  2 - 3 days

Visayas               5 -7 days

Mindanao            5 -7 days

Damaged goods from shipping should be reported to Pamama immediately and will be replaced within 7 working days plus Delivery Leadtime based on your location.
