ARE YOU OPEN FOR BUSINESS?

We are open and are producing with health and safety in mind. Common areas are being disinfected regularly. Employees have been briefed about the disease and how to prevent its spread. They are checked and disinfected thoroughly before entering the work areas.

As long as we keep this up, we will remain open and producing. We have a strong commitment to help families help their children gain independence and confidence. We are also dedicated to the health and safety of our employees and community. As long as these do not conflict, we will continue to produce and will stop production when needed. If this happens, we will reach out to our supporters immediately.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTION LEAD TIME ACCURATE?

Yes, our production lead time for each batch is 3-4 weeks. We are not able to rush everything right now as we're getting a lot of new inquiries, but we are doing the best we can and commit to our estimates.

 

ARE YOUR DELIVERY LEAD TIME AFFECTED?

No, we have not encountered any issues. The courier service that handles orders outside Metro Manila has recently revised their delivery lead time though. Please see new estimates below:

Metro Manila      1 - 2 days

Luzon                 3 - 5 days

Visayas               5 -7 days

Mindanao            5 -7 days

Some branches may have limited coverage so instead of Door to Door Delivery  the delivery option becomes Branch Pick up from the nearest branch or main branch in your City.

 

WHY IS COD NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We are taking extra precautions these days and have limited trips outside our workshop. This includes booking COD paid orders which requires us to visit the nearest courier branch. For now, we can only accept orders that are paid online via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GCash and Paypal.
