DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE METRO MANILA?
Yes. We use our trusted delivery service which offers COD or Regular delivery options.
COD or Cash on Delivery is available in most areas covered by our courier service but in some areas where coverage is limited, the shipping option becomes COP or Cash on Pick-up. This means that the courier service will notify you once your package has arrived in their branch and ready for pick up.
PAYMENT FOR COD/COP Shipping
This payment option will appear in the shipping option under the checkout page as Luzon COD, Visayas/Mindanao COD. Payment for this shipping option can be made once you receive your order. We will need a confirmation through your mobile phone before we can process your order via our trusted third party shipping service. Shipping of your order will be processed at least 1-2 days upong confirmation. Shipping leadtime varies depending on your location which usually doesnt exceed 15 working days in the farthest location in the Philippines. A shipping tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.
PAYMENT FOR Regular Shipping
This payment option will appear in the shipping option under the check out page as: Luzon Regular, Visayas/Mindanao Regular. Payment for this shipping option is limited to online payments. You can choose between several online payment options on the last page of checkout. Shipping of your order will be processed at least 1-2 days upong confirmation. Shipping leadtime varies depending on your location which usually doesnt exceed 15 working days in the farthest location in the Philippines. A shipping tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.
CAN WE PICK UP OUR ORDER DIRECTLY FROM YOU?
Yes. Payment option for this maybe made throur Bank Transfer or Cash on Pick up of your order. For Bank Transfer payment made, please wait for the payment confirmation before scheduling a trip to our warehouse. For both Bank Transfer and Cash on Pick up, please inform us at least 2 hours before going to our warehouse so we can prepare your order. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Please schedule your trip within our office hours to avoid inconveniences.
WHAT DOES "LOCAL DELIVERY" MEAN UNDER YOUR SHIPPING OPTION?
This shipping option is limited to Metro Manila, San Pedro, Bacoor, Cainta, Taytay, Antipolo and San Jose Del Monte City. Payment should be made through Bank Transfer before we ship out your order. A single transaction amounting to P5997 and above are free for shipping and will automatically reflect under this shipping option.

WHAT DOES THE COUNTDOWN TIMER UNDER THE "PRE ORDER" BUTTON MEAN?
This is a countdown timer that is included in our pre order setup. It informs you when the products will be available for delivery. A limit for the number of pre orders is set based on the number of products that will be available once the countdown ends so it is best.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR PRE ORDERED PRODUCTS?
You can pay anytime between the time you ordered and the time a product becomes available. If you missed paying during this time, we can still reserve the item for you for at least 2 days after item has been declared available thru text message or email. Once the 2 day period has passed, we will have to cancel your order and offer it to someone else.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We use locally manufactured Marine plywood, Imported Birch plywood, water-based paint and coating.
MY CHAIR/TABLE IS ROCKING, WHAT DO I DO?
First, check your floor if it is evenly flat. This happens sometimes but it can usually be fixed by simply applying force over the chair seat, table top or the step from the stepper.
CAN AN ADULT SIT ON THE CHAIR/STEPPER?
Our products have been tested with at least 100N/100Kg of force. Yes, an adult can sit on the chair but it may not be as comfortable since the dimensions were made for a child.
